Is production still up and running?
Yes. To this day production is up and running, however, there has been an increase in cases in the region of our production, this has caused a 4-5 weeks delay in production time. Our customer service teams, our production, and our logistics teams are all up and running, don’t hesitate to email us an update about your order.
What about delivery?
We are doing everything we can to keep you updated about your placed orders and how your future orders might be affected. We are in close, day to day contact, with our different logistic partners and warehouses. At this time, we are experiencing short delays in some orders due to delay in transport, but are continuing all orders and are shipping daily, worldwide.
We have experienced small delays in ground transportation, due to longer controls at some borders, but so far, delivery times have not been affected. If you have further questions for specific delivery times, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I see the products?
During this period, Massproductions is following the government’s recommendation to work from home. Therefore, the showroom is closed, but we are able to host virtual viewings, or by appointment. We are also happy to send product or material samples to your home or office.
